Constipation – Here is how to fix it

Constipation is generally associated with passing stool less than or 3 times per week, as well as passing hard and clumpy stools. This is often a result of food moving slowly through the digestive system. Some of the main causes for this condition include:

  • Exercise

  • Consult Doctor about Medication Side Effects

  • Address Anxiety and Stress

You will quickly notice that applying these modifications to your life will help relieve your constipation long term. But in the case that you need the quickest fix, here are some things known to relieve constipation:

SHORT TERM QUICK FIX

  • Prunes

  • Papaya

  • Apples

  • Pears

  • Kiwi

Drinking a prune and papaya smoothie will get your digestive tract working in no time. While it may sound like a nasty combination, its actually quite delicious.
