Healthy Cookie Dough Recipe – Quick, Vegan and GF

For today's recipe we hope you are not following a keto diet, because boy do we have a delicious and sweet little concoction for you! Let's get into it.

For this cookie dough recipe, you will need 5 ingredients you probably already have at your house.

The Ingredients:

  • Oat Flour or Almond Flour (1 2/3 cups)

  • Maple Syrup (3 Tablespoons)

  • Coconut Oil (3 Tablespoons)

  • Chocolate Chips (2/4 cup)

  • Vanilla Extract (1 Teaspoon)

How to Prepare:

Step 1 – Mix all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a bowl and fold with a spatula until thick.

Step 2 – Fold in the chocolate chips and form into bite sized balls.

Step 3 – Let them firm up for about 3-5 minutes... and enjoy!

Step 4 (Optional) – Pop them in the microwave for a good 15 seconds if you want the chocolate chips melted 😉
