Author’s note

It has become clear that a powerful tool to keeping your immune system strong against Covid-19 and possibly other infection agents, is to follow a plant-based diet. A pescatarian diet comes in second place in terms of efficiency against covid-19. Lastly, ketogenic diets (low carbohydrate, high protein diets) are not advised, according to this study, considering its increase in association to development of moderate and severe cases of Covid-19.

This study reminds us of the truth, that our diets remain of utmost importance when it comes to helping us thrive and lead a healthy life.

As per usual, we hope you know that you can always count on QRMS to be here, showing you the way towards longevity, happiness and prosperity in your life.
