The neglect of the staffing agencies towards her and other workers during that time span was becoming unbearable.
It was upon that realization that Flora developed an ambitious idea.
What if she could start her own staffing agency that provided strong humanized and compassionate treatment towards every employee?
A place where medical workers are treated like family!
