Today's Topic! Working Again After Leave!

Should a medical professional be allowed to work in their field after taking less than a 2 years leave of absence? If their licenses are current and past references can verify their skill set and work ethics I would say YES!!!!!!

These are just a few reasons medical personnel may leave their job temporarily:

• Health Issues
• Stress
• Death of a family member
• Birth of a child

A gentleman has worked in the medical field for 25 years. He decided to take personal leave for a year and a half, now he's finding it difficult for anyone to hire him again as a traveler. Most agencies want you to have been out of work less than a year. Do you agree or disagree with this decision?
